To create and protect your account, we collect your name, username, email address and a protected password hash; verification and recovery records; session and security information, including IP-derived rate-limit records. To provide your inventory, we store the item and location details you enter, categories, quantities, settings, optional financial details and photographs you upload. Your photos may contain personal information.
We use this information to provide and secure the service, verify accounts, send account emails, recover access, support your requests and enable exports. Please upload only information you have the right to use.
Account data and photos are stored on our GoDaddy shared hosting server in private storage outside the public website. Access is controlled by account; the preview does not offer sharing inventory between users. We use HTTPS, protected sessions and password hashing. Uploaded images are processed and re-encoded to remove metadata. No system can guarantee absolute security.
GoDaddy provides hosting and sends account email. Email providers receive messages addressed to their users. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights.
We retain active account information while your account remains in use. You can export your own account data or delete your account from Account. Deletion removes active account records and associated stored photos; backups and service logs may retain copies. A fixed backup-retention period has not yet been established; contact us for the current position. We may retain information where required by law or for legitimate claims.
Subject to the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion or blocking, object to processing, request a copy of your data, and complain to the National Privacy Commission. Contact us at info@snapnfind.com to exercise your rights. You may also contact the National Privacy Commission.
We use a necessary session cookie to keep you signed in and protect requests. The preview also sends verification, password recovery and account-change emails.
